With the Marketing Cloud module and the Salesforce consulting service by Brainpull, it was possible to better target our audience, creating targeted marketing campaigns and establishing empathic connections by listening to users.

Working side by side with Salesforce and Brainpull, we structured an effective email marketing automation strategy for e-commerce, through customised email communication based on individual user purchasing behaviour.
